FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Manual Cell Stimulation (MCS) treatment work?

MCS transforms dis-ease and pain to ease and homeostasis. The practitioner by means of a soft touch, creates a magnetic energy field and activates the nerves in the client’s nail bed. These nerves link with the DNA, the body’s blue print, and send out pulses of different frequencies that immediately begin to repair or dissolve blockages in the various tissues of the body. Thus, the body starts to create brand new cells in nerve, bone, muscle or blood vessels, boosts neuron formation and can ultimately repair the entire vascular and neural network in the body. The pulses are felt by both the practitioner and the client and is a very exciting experience.

Does it really work?

Yes. Manual Cell Stimulation really works. MCS is effective in treating physical, emotional, chemical and hereditary injury and disease by addressing the underlying condition causing the pain and or symptoms. MCS is particularly effective in assisting the body to begin healing itself by addressing systemic weaknesses and chronic diseases or injuries for which many other treatment regimes have proven ineffective.

How long does a treatment session take?

Most treatment sessions last 60 minutes. However, in some cases, we recommend a 90 minute treatment session, especially if you are experiencing chronic pain.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Normally, and depending on the severity of the injury, disease or damage, you can start to feel a difference after, or even during the first treatment. Other times it might take a few treatments before you start to feel a difference.

How long will the relief persist?

It's important to remember that MCS is a technique to activate the bodies own natural ability to heal and repair itself. It's not a quick fix or instant bullet. The feeling of relief may fade, it may not persist as MCS is a progressive treatment. Each treatment builds on the last until the body has repaired and or healed as much as possible.

How many treatments will I need?

That depends on the nature and severity of the injury, disease or damage that you've suffered. Many of our patients have found great relief with as few as 3 - 10 treatments for acute issues. In severe and chronic cases it can require as many as 40 treatments or more.

Is MCS effective in treating sport injuries like tennis elbow and golfers shoulder?

Yes. MCS is very effective in treating sport injuries. Many sport injuries like tennis elbow, golfers shoulder and golfers elbow, subacromial impingement, rotator cuff injuries, knee, hip, wrist, and ankle injuries are due to nerve impingement, overloaded tendons, and tears in the tendon and muscle fibre. MCS treats the damage by releasing the nerves and helping the body to heal. MCS is also effective in healing repeat-stress injuries like carpel tunnel syndrome which affects many people who spend long periods of time working on keyboards and with a computer mouse.

Will my injury or condition return after the treatments have ended?

MCS treats the origin of the injury, disease or damage to reduce the likelihood of return. The treatment is completely rejuvenating with the goal of improving quality of life in the long run. But if you suffer a relapse or new injury you can always start treatments again.
