Liezl's Story
Liezl was a 7 month prem-girl and her mother had complications which resulted in Liezl having to enter the world earlier than planned. From a very young age Liezl had to wear special shoes to correct her very ‘flat feet’. Liezl met Anette in her thirties, a bright vibrant and positive minded varsity lecturer. Someone in a great deal of pain but outwardly she presented a positive, go-getter attitude towards life. Liezl had an extreme problem with her skin, suffered from acute sinusitis and more alarming suffered greatly from her bones and suffered from septicemia. She endured so much pain in her feet and lower-back. Unable to walk normally and with mush difficulty and her teeth were in poor shape and she had an overbite. Liezl attended treatment on a non-regular basis over the course of 3 years. Gradually, things started to reverse with ongoing MCS treatment. Brooke Auchincloss’s Story
For the last few years, I have lived with considerable pain in my body. This got progressively worse. Starting with my shoulders and neck, it moved to my lower back and then to my feet and I had to wear specialised shoes. It was exhausting trying to cope with the pain, relationships, everyday life and work.
My search for pain relief was unending. In the process, I was due to see a neurologist for an MRI scan to see what can be done. It was such an effort just to get out of the car into his rooms and I just sat there and cried. I was feeling quite desperate at this stage. Besides the pain, also the horror of having a condition that was getting worse all the time, it was overwhelming. I felt unattractive having to wear specialised shoes, which made even my lovely clothes more awful.
As I was moving to the USA, I started intensive treatment with Anette at Optima Centre as I wanted and needed relief as soon as possible. I had about 40 hours of MCS treatment in a month’s time. The pain got progressively less and less and eventually disappeared. I was again able to walk up straight and wear normal shoes. I felt and looked good.
After treatment, I went for X-rays and before I left, I gave them to Anette as proof and a thank you gift for removing the debilitating pain.

Brooke Auchincloss was in crippling pain for many months. She could hardly walk and had to wear specialised footwear. Despite every effort, she found no relief for the constant pain. The X-rays taken a month before, and after treatment as well as the following radiology reports are proof of her recovery. Brooke was unable to complete her treatments due to a move to the USA.

“Hi, my name is Cayley Baker and I have been going to MS treatment since early December (2019) with Anette to heal my three torn ligaments in my foot, severe anxiety and depression and a couple of other injuries, like knots in my back and other small strains. I would like to say that after two months of treatment my foot is basically completely healed, all the knots in my back disappeared after one treatment, it was incredible, my anxiety after two months, I’d say is basically 100% gone and my depression I would say is nearly 70% better. I feel so much more relaxed and calm and happy. It really is a miraculous treatment and has done more for me than traditional therapy with a psychologist has in two years and I would like to thank Anette for that.”

Shireen & Lakia Kemp’s Story

In September 2020,my daughter had problems with her hands. Swelling, wrist pain and unable to use her hands at all. This was her matric year and devastating as doctors diagnosed her with carpal tunnel syndrome. She had the corticosteroids injections, but it didn’t help at all. In my absence at work, the owner of Optima Centre asked my colleague about my absence and this day, was life changing. So started my daughters life changing journey with Anette Lordan. I had never heard of MCS before, but everything inside of me pushed me to try this. My daughter had been through hell, her body tired and fragile and her spirit broken with no answers. Her treatment started and changes were almost instant. I will never forget Anettes first words to her, “ you are safe here” and “don’t worry, you will be a whole new person”.
Treatment after treatment her body became stronger and she started healing,from the inside out while I was crumbling under pressure of an extremely stressful personal life and working environment. This didn’t go unnoticed and Anette starting treating me as well. This showed me how deeply she sees and feels things. She had not once tried coaching us into believing anything, instead she let us see this process in full. This was so reassuring, as I know people, practioners want us, and force us to see things that are not really there. The clinic is tranquil, peaceful and calming. The smell of lavender fills the air. What I’ve learnt is that health problems have a root, and treating symptoms is not what what the Optima Centre is about. It’s about getting to the core of the problem and working from there. This has been a roller coaster ride, filled with enormous obstacles. We have overcome and now have coping skills that will benefit us through out our lives. My daughter completed her final exams, by writing it (which wasn’t even an option when this started) and even received a Top achiever award. She has finally blossomed. She is a stronger and better version of herself. I will be forever grateful to Anette. May you continue to heal people, physically emotionally and spiritually. Lakia Kemp
My name is Lakia and I am a 17-year-old matriculant, diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both of my hands and after attending namely three different medical professionals, all with the conclusion of possibly having to go for surgery, I no longer had an ounce of optimism left in, but that was quickly restored again.
On the 11th of September, I had my first treatment at the Optima Clinic. Two days prior to that my mother was informed about Anette and the MCS treatment. I remember being in distress and filled with apprehension that morning and convinced that nothing is going to work. I call it “the fear of the unknown” because as humans we are inclined to think negatively about something we have no insight on nor an understanding. Fortunately for me, after my first treatment I understood that it is something very scientific, not in a way of treating the symptoms instead, helping the body heal itself as we have the cure right within it. After the first treatment, I was already able to feel the changes that has occurred and that included the physical result, like the evident dry bone excretion and the emotional result, like me being much more optimistic and that was the pattern after each treatment, the physical and emotional result was evident and my pain decreased rapidly with the assistance of Anette changing my diet, and going the extra mile by providing me with organic vegetables and recipes to strengthen my body and immune system.
My healing took place faster than I expected as I was able to write my final examination and receive a Top Achiever award. My hands are my livelihood. as I am an introvert, expressing my emotions through drawings and writing letters, Anette took it upon herself to ensure that the thing that gives me character is restored and for that I will always be grateful.
Ulrich van Wijngaarden’s Story
I came to see Anette regarding a whole host of issues: nerve pain in both of my collarbones and both of my feet; pain and loose teeth in my bottom jaw from a bone graft gone wrong; strong pain in my bladder, prostate and groin; chronic fatigue and an ever-growing sense of unwell throughout my entire body.
I have had these symptoms for many years, the oldest of which I have had for more than 8 years.
I have had to give up most forms of physical activity due to the toll it has on my energy and my pain levels, but the worst thing this year has been that I have at times felt like my body was telling me there is a massive crisis afoot, many times I told my fiancé that something is truly wrong, but I had no solution.
I enjoy the treatments very much as Anette makes sure her patients are in great care, but also because of all the healing, bone, nerve and vascular growth that I can literally feel taking place in my body.
I am only two weeks into my treatment and will require more sessions, but thus far I can say that my body is no longer complaining to the extent that I fear some massive physical breakdown. My body is starting to feel cleaner, fuller and lighter. My teeth are already more secured in my jaw, and I can actually use them to bite into things. It seems that the texture of my hair has also changed from a bit of a dry one to feeling much more silky and smooth. But the most astonishing change thus far is the new bone growth that has taken place in my face, this is noticeable in the before and after images.
Currently, I am still in the middle of my healing journey and will soon return to continue on the path to a full recovery.
Ulrich’s Follow Up:
I have recently completed my second batch of treatments with Anette, another great healing experience. This time the treatments were not as tiring as previously, I suspect my body is stronger now. Post treatment I felt more energy than I have felt in a while, but more miraculous was the new flesh and muscle that has developed in my body. There are muscles in my shoulders that are very pronounced now, almost as if muscles grew without any exercise. Anette did not point these out to me. I noticed it one day while stretching. Then there are new nerve connections that I can actually feel connecting and repairing into various parts of my body. Overall, I look and feel much healthier as a result of these two treatment batches and am excited for the result of 100% completing my treatment. The low grade fever that I had permanently over many years is gone.

Ulrich’s Extraordinary Third Visit to Optima Centre
With this being my third trip to Optima Centre I already had an idea of what to expect, but this time the amount of nerve and bone growth I experienced was so extensive that I definitely was not prepared for it (a pleasant surprise)!
During the two week long treatment there was an extraordinary amount of nerve and bone healing, all around my body and especially around my head, around two of my largest injuries one that I obtained as a child, and another later on in life.
I must say that I find this to be truly miraculous and extraordinary. At this stage, every day, I can feel the nerves in my head, going down my neck and into my left arm, nerves that I never felt before, brand new nerves, I have never heard of another treatment providing this. The bone growth is notable in my face and legs.
During the treatment there was also more toxin released and also strengthening of my immune system, this is the first year that I have gone without a bout of flu for an extended period of time. I recently felt a bit of a sore throat, but it never progressed and within a few days was gone. In the past whenever I felt the same sore throat, a few hours later I would be out with the flu and would have to take some days off work.
I must also mention that certain memories from when I was younger and even a child have become more vivid and some of them that I forgot have also resurfaced. This I attribute to the healing that was happening in my brain as I have never experienced memories like that. Anette’s knowledge, professionalism and truly caring for her clients was once again very evident which helps ensure that the best results are achieved. A big thanks from me!
Last year I suffered badly every month with a UTI bladder infection.
This infection is caused by weakness in the bladder, as well as a bacterial buildup in the urethra.
I experienced pain and intense burning when urinating – unbearable pain for any woman.I was on antibiotics 14 times last year and soon my body became use to them and therefore they didnt take my infection away.
When I found out about MCS I was very greatful that there was a way to help heal my bladder.
I had treatmens every week for a good couple of months. MCS has repaired my bladder to such an extent that I no longer experience pain, discomfort or any further infections.
Needless to say that I am over the moon with my results.
I havent had the need to take antibiotics for 16 months. I would recommend MCS to everyone out there living with pain!
michelle russellI was in a constant state of panic and extreme pain (6-8 level) which left me feeling disconnected from everything. I had numbness in my hands feet and neck which made walking and lifting things very difficult. I was completely exhausted, fatigued and mentally drained. I also suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder. After three months of Manual Cell Stimulation I can now relax completely and the obsessive compulsive disorder is gone. I am now full of life and happy.
I am content and at peace. I have high energy levels and sleep a lot less. In the mornings I feel I can run a marathon. Most of my strength is back and my relationship with my husband has improved and I am able focus on my family. I also find I am more patient, loving and affectionate.
anneline2014 was a year of extreme fear for me. I got up and went to bed with constant pain in my shoulder blades and lower back. I also experienced ongoing colon dysfunction which all resulted in a constant feeling of dread.
Within a few weeks of treatment my life started improving. I am receiving ongoing treatment and the pain has disappeared. I am alive again! I started playing the guitar and joined the gym again. I am feeling attractive once more
sally groenewaldAt age 14, Ella had suffered from a history of limb fractures and injuries from the age of 6 onwards with no plausible medical reason. Ophthalmologists finally discovered she had Stargardt’s disease (juvenile macular degeneration) and she was told she was going blind. There is currently no medical cure. Ella then started with intensive treatment at Optima Center.
We traced the origin of Ella’s central nervous system damage to umbilical cord strangulation at birth as well as a very high fever as an infant. Due to the severity of Ella’s conditions, the treatments took 2 years but have been worth the commitment and cost. Ella is now physically strong, healthy and pain-free after 8 years of struggling.
She has not lost any further vision since the treatments began and the photosensitivity of her eyes has improved! “I would be very happy to talk to anyone personally if pre-arranged through Anette.” says Janine, Ella’s mother.
ella johnsonMy story with Spasmodic Torticollis, aka Cervical Dystonia, started with diagnosis in November 2009. This is a chronic disorder affecting the central nervous system. I could not control the movement of my head to the left and downward chin to chest, this disorder upsets your whole life from brushing your teeth to driving a car.
Six years ago I found Anette. The central nervous system is difficult to deal with, as was the proof with all the medicine from anti-epileptic agents to anti-Parkinson’s drugs, my brain was mush. My memory was so bad that I could not remember my kids’ birthdates at one point.
My initial sessions with Anette slowed down the movement of my head and for the first time since my diagnosis there was a change. Anette warned me things would get bad before getting better. The following week I was gaining more control and my head was clearer. The final day of the treatment, the nerves were responding which felt as if my right hand shoulder and neck had ants crawling under the skin.
My circulation has improved and I even notice changes in my skin. I have more control of the movements but do need more treatment, and I can say with conviction, this science does work. I am managing to do 3 spinning classes a week.
This is proof enough, from walking sideways as the head pulls you off course to holding my body steady is a huge step for me.
